What services do you provide?
I support Windows based computer system (Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP) and many common applications. I can help you purchase, set up and network your computers. I also upgrade software and hardware, help prevent things from going wrong, and  if things do go wrong -- fix them. I provide sensible, practical advice.

 

Can you provide all the support I need?
No. Which is why I am affiliated with consultants and technicians who provide services I don’t, and who cover for me when I’m not available.

What geographical area do you service?
I cover Nassau County - Long Island

How do you charge?
I charge by the hour, with a minimum of one hour for an on-site visit. I do not charge for brief telephone calls—I want to hear from clients

Do you give lessons?
Yes. Either in a small groups or individually. You will come away confident and ready to use your computer without any fear of making a mistake.
